Our software trial program provides first-hand experience as to how ALICE receptionist can improve your office’s visitor management experience.
We’ve broken these into three different plans to fit your needs in evaluating the software for your organization.

Plus trials are intended to show the visitor experience when interacting with ALICE. It offers access to a pre-configured version of the directory software, so you can see how key ALICE features work. This includes the testing of audio and video calls to employees, visitor check-in flow, as well as displaying sample informational media on the kiosk.
Software customization or admin access is not included in this package.
* Our most popular option
Pro trials allow for your team to try a customized visitor experience for your office. We’ll work with your team to craft a visitor flow to meet your needs. You can utilize this trial in your lobby to evaluate the software in a real-world setting.
This plan includes pre-recorded training materials on admin functionality, such as system configuration. Support for any configuration changes you’d like to make during the trial period is also included.
* For large companies with custom solutions
Enterprise trials include the customization of a Level 2 plan but allow for full access to the system’s Enterprise software feature set*. This includes local database support, in addition to integrations with your team’s SIP phone system, active directory, and Office 365.
Your team will receive the full visitor, employee, and admin experience of the system.
*Badge printing and thermal scanning support require specific hardware to utilize. ID scanning is not a standard feature of the Enterprise software.
ALICE Receptionist is a Windows 10 application and can run on any device that meets our minimum requirements. Typical devices used for the trials include:
*Note: Touchless displays can be used for internal testing, but are not appropriate when using ALICE in a production environment.
Level 2 and Level 3 trial options will include an initial discussion of how your team wants to utilize the ALICE Receptionist system. These settings will be configured at the time of installation. The system can be re-configured at any point during the trial process.
Level 1 trials are limited to a pre-set configuration, but the employees listed can be customized and updated.
ALICE trials start once the initial settings of the system have been configured, installed, and verified completed. At which point, the trial will operate for the number of calendar days specified by the trial level.
Level 3 trials include an option to get a 50% credit of the trial amount applied towards the purchase of the software license. This purchase would need to occur within 60-days of the trial’s end date.
If your team decides to purchase the software, you can continue to utilize your own hardware and the ALICE software settings used during the trial.
Continued use of the software is available upon request during the billing process. The License start date will be set as the day after the trial end date, regardless of the date of payment. The license key must be paid for within 14-days to continue utilization of the trial system.
