
ALICE Receptionist Visitor Management already notifies employees by SMS, MS Teams, Slack, or Email messages when guests self-register using check-in screens. Now, ALICE Receptionist has added a new employee notification option to give customers more options regarding how they want employees notified of guests’ arrival in the building. The new check-in notification option enables ALICE Receptionist to initiate a call to the host employee after the guest completes the check-in form. This new notification method gives the employee the opportunity to see and speak with the guest once the guest has completed the check-in form.
This new check-in notification option is great for businesses that need to have employees visually verify guests or speak with guests after they complete the check-in form.
Notification Flexibility
This new notification option is configurable for each employee in your organization. This flexibility allows customers to configure each employee to receive notifications about guests using whichever method makes the most sense for the employee.
